8:30-10:00 American League Boys (ages 11-12)- Instructed by EHS Coach Jesse Waters and Varsity players.

9:00-10:15 Tee Ball Clinic Session 1 (Boys and Girls ages 4-5)*Taking place at Eastchester High School "upper" gym

10:15-11:30 Tee Ball Clinic Session 2 (Boys and Girls ages 4-5) *Taking place at Eastchester High School "upper" gym

11:00-12:30 Minor League Girls Softball (ages 6-8) -. Instructed by Concordia College Head Coach, Jamie Lorenzo as well as EHS Varsity players.

12:30-2:00 American/National League Girls Softball (ages 9-12)- . Instructed by Concordia College Head Coach, Jamie Lorenzo as well as EHS Varsity players. 

2:00-3:30 Boys Rookies (ages 6-7)**

Our 2020 winter instructional clinic for incoming Tballers (ages 4-5) is now available (starting January 5).  This high-energy 8 week clinic will be held on Sunday mornings from 10:00-11:00 within the gym at Eastchester High School on the following dates (subject to change):

1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/9, 2/23, 3/8, and 3/15

Registration is now open for our 2020 winter baseball pitching instructional clinics (ages 8-12) being taught by our own John Doherty, a former Major League pitcher (NOW FULL).  Our girls' pitching program (ages 8-16) will be led by Alexa Rosella, a former accomplished college softball pitcher and current pitching coach at Concordia College.  

These clinics will run for 6 weeks at the Middle School gym:

The fee for the clinic will be $150 for 6 weeks (plus $60 if catcher needs to be provided). 

Girls will be receiving dedicated instruction in 30-minute time slots between 12:00 and 3:00PM on the following dates (subject to change): 1/26, 2/9, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15 and 3/22

Boys will be receiving dedicated instruction in 30-minute time slots between 6:00 and 9:00PM on the following dates (subject to change): 1/5, 1/12, 1/26, 2/9, 2/23, and 3/8 

Time slots will be assigned once all of the slots have been filled. Please do not request a specific time.

ELL strongly encourages participation in the pitching clinic for players that are interested in learning and improving proper pitching mechanics. 　Players will be placed in small groups according to their pitching developmental level. Because of this, we are not able to accommodate time slot requests.

This terrific 6 session clinic is open to any boy (ages 8-12) and girl (ages 9-13) who are interested in learning more about the fundamentals of the catcher’s position (i.e. framing, blocking, throwing).   We will assigning players to small groups (separate for baseball and softball) and assigning clinic times based on age/experience. Cost of the catcher’s clinic will be a very reasonable $100 for 6 sessions.

We are very excited to have Coach TJ Walsh, current Eastchester High School Junior Varsity Coach to conduct our catcher's clinic this winter.  TJ is a former Eastchester high school standout who went on to catch at Concordia College.

Our baseball clinic is open to boys born between September 1, 2003 and August 31, 2007 (ages 13-16) and will be held at Eastchester Middle School on the following dates: 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/9, 2/23, 3/8, and 3/15 between either 10:00-11:00am or 11:00-12:00pm. (You will receive notification on your assigned time slot a few days before the start of the clinics). 

For our older softball players, we will once again have a terrific clinic for all girls born between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2006 (ages 13-18).  This clinic will be held at Eastchester High School from 6:30-8:00 on the following dates: 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/9, 2/23, 3/8, and 3/15.

We are pleased to offer this winter, a 6-week hitting clinic, which will focus on specialized instruction to improve your child's swing.

Our baseball hitting clinic will be held at Eastchester High School (Upper Gym). Boys will be receiving dedicated instruction in 45-minute time slots between 11:30am-2:30pm on the following dates (subject to change): 1/26, 2/9, 2/23, 3/8, 3/15, and 3/22.

We are very excited to have Coach Dean Tartarian leading our instruction this winter.  Coach Tartarian is a former Bronxville HS Baseball Coach and minor league player.  He has coached baseball teams and players for over 20 years, and successfully run his Fundamental Baseball Camp Inc. for over 12 years.

Boys and Girls ages 4-12 can sign up online using the link below.  If you are unsure of what little league views your child's age to be we have a chart on our website under home-age determination. Please be aware that this sign up is for little league only (ages 4- 12). 

Our "Challenger" Division enables boys and girls with special needs, ages 4-12 to enjoy the game of baseball and softball.  Today, more than 30,000 children participate in more than 900 Challenger Divisions worldwide.  These games will take place on Saturday mornings from late April through late June (similar to Tball).  All children registered will receive a full uniform.  Little League International encourages the use of "buddies" for the Challenger players. The buddies assist the Challenger players on the field, but whenever possible, encourage the players to bat and make plays themselves. However, the buddy is always nearby to help when needed!

This registration is for all men and women who are able to donate their time to assist our children through instruction of baseball/softball.  As mandated by Little League International, "all local Little Leagues are required to conduct background checks on managers, coaches, board of directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular services to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams."

This registration is for Boys and Girls ages 9-10 and 11-12. Depending on headcount in respective divisions, children may play both in-house and local travel games (at home fields and within neighboring communities) from approximately Sept 12 through Nov 7.  Games will primarily take place on either Saturdays or Sundays.  Times will vary. Full schedule for each team/age level will be provided by respective team manager.

Upon registering your child(ren), please note the following division OPTIONS this fall: 

• Boys born between September 1, 2007 and August 31, 2008 have OPTION to remain in American League baseball (11-12) or register to play this fall with TEB Baseball (13+) at Saggese Field (http://tebbaseball.com/registration.html)
• Boys born between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 have OPTION to play in either American League (11-12) or remain in National League (9-10).
• Girls born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 can once again play this fall in American League softball (11-12).
• Girls born between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 have OPTION to play in either American League (11-12) or remain in National League (9-10).

PLEASE be sure to select the appropriate division upon registering your child.  Also, PLEASE be sure to closely review the additional Safety Guidelines and Parent Waiver pertaining to our League's efforts to protect children/volunteers this fall.

Coach Jesse Waters is the Director of the Baseball Camp.  He was head baseball coach of Hastings high school for 14 years, before being named varsity head coach at his Alma Mata, Eastchester.  At Hastings, his team won three league titles, two section championships and was named three time coach of the year.  After high school, Jesse played baseball at Concordia College. 

Coach Jesse’s love for the game of baseball and teaching is only surpassed by his understanding of young people.

The camp’s assistant coaches are:  

• Coach Dom Cecere, Jr. Coach Dom is entering his 23rd year as a coach at the Eastchester Summer Baseball Camp. He is a former assistant baseball coach at Eastchester High School, former head baseball coach at Hastings High School where he was named league coach of the year (2 times), is a former Director of the Summer Trails baseball camp.
• Coach John D'Arco Sr.: Former coach at Eastchester and Tuckahoe High Schools for 33 years, coached his Tuckahoe Baseball Program to two NY State Championships and also guided the Tuckahoe Football Program to two NY State Championships and attained Coach of the Year Honors in Football (twice) and Baseball.
• Coach John D'Arco Jr: Former assistant varsity baseball coach at Tuckahoe High School where he was instrumental in guiding the “Tigers” to two NY State baseball championships. This will be his 22nd year as a camp coach.
• Coach Vincent Todino: Assistant varsity baseball/football coach at Eastchester High School and former head coach of College of Mount Saint Vincent baseball.
• Coach Joe Utschig: Head modified baseball coach at Eastchester.  Coach U is a graduate of Westlake high school where he was a four year starter for the varsity baseball team.  He went on to play baseball at the College of Mt. Saint Vincent and is currently a P.E. teacher at both Eastchester middle and high school.

Special Appearance

John Doherty – Former right-handed pitcher for the Detroit Tigers/Boston Red Sox 1992-1997. On Fridays John will cover pitching instruction and mechanics.  A 1985 graduate of Eastchester High School was selected by the Detroit Tigers in the 1989 Major League Baseball draft out of Concordia College, New York.  Led American League relief pitchers with 107 innings pitched -1993 led Detroit Tigers in wins with 14 -1992 led Detroit Tigers starters in E.R.A.  Concordia College – Captain (1988 & ‘89). Career record of 24-6.  John has 15+ years of instruction in baseball camps, clinics and private instruction.

The camp is located at the Saggese Field (Town of Eastchester Baseball League Field) at the corner of Ewart and Woodruff Streets (GPS Address -118 Woodruff Avenue) in Scarsdale and at O’Rourke field on Garth Road, Scarsdale

• A maximum of @30 campers per age group per site (Garth, Saggese, Dunwoodie) will ensure social distancing rules and thorough instruction in all phases of the game. A camp shirt is included and refreshments will be available. 
• Eastchester Summer Baseball Camp is open to children ages 9 (as of June 1st, 2020) through 17 for a cost of $425 per 2-week session or $825 per 4-week session for Eastchester, Bronxville or Tuckahoe residents or $450 per 2-week session for non-residents. An additional one-week session, after participating in a 2-week session will be $220 per week - depends on availability.  
• Baseball Camp is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a $25 fee for all refunds.  All rain dates will be made up.
• Registration will close on Monday, June 22nd.
